First, make sure to check the tracking link via the shipping company to ensure another parcel is not still on its way.
Boards and bindings will always be sent in separate packages.
If the wrong item is received, please report the issue via our Customer Service portal. Please include a photo of the item received, and the sku or the name/ size, of the missing item(s).
Please remember kindness is a requirement when contacting our customer support team.
