When will items available for pre-order ship? 

Items available for pre-order will have an estimated ship date listed on the product page and at checkout. We cannot guarantee that an item will ship on that date, it may ship sooner or later depending on when it becomes available at our warehouse. 

Will all items on an order ship together or separately?

All items on an order will ship out once every item is in stock. For example, if a binding is available now and a board is not available until Oct. 31, both items will ship out on Oct. 31. 

When will my card be charged on a pre-order?

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase for all items ordered. 

Can I cancel my pre-order? 

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order up until the order is sent to the warehouse. Once it has been sent to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel an order. Need to cancel? Contact Us
