Holiday Shipping
Shipping Deadlines- For orders placed by the following dates we will do our best to get them to you before Christmas, but they are not guaranteed to be there by the holiday. Order early!
- Ground: 12/12/25 before 11:00 am
- Express: 12/17/25 before 11:00 am
- 2-Day: 12/17/25 before 11:00 am
- Next Business Day Air: 12/18/25 before 11:00 am
Shipping and Processing times- Our warehouse usually processes orders in 1-2 business days, but processing times can longer from mid-November through January.
Shipping Process
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Nevada for US orders and our warehouse in British Colombia for Canadian orders. Please expect longer processing times from November 26 and January 1st.
Shipping days: Monday to Friday, Excluding Holidays. The warehouse will be closed Thanksgiving (US only) Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
We ship via:
- FedEx, USPS, and DHL for US Orders and Canada Post, Purolator, and Loomis for Canadian Orders
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method- usually 2–7 business days. Please expect delays from carriers from November 26 through January 1st.
Extended Returns
Orders placed between November 26 and December 24 are eligible for returns until January 24, 2025. Please read our full Return Policy.
You can return an item if:
- It was purchased directly from our official website jonessnowboards.com
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged
- It’s in the original packaging with all tags still attached
- All sale items are final sale and can not be returned
Canceling an Order, Changing an Address, or Changing Products
Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to the warehouse, and usually ships within 1-2 business days. Once this process is started, we cannot cancel an order, change products ordered, or change an address. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. If needed, you may be able to update your address with the shipping carrier directly.
Customer Service and Warehouse Closures
We value the importance of time spent with family and friends over the holidays, and will be closed on a few holidays to ensure our staff get to spend quality time with their loved ones. We will be closed for the following holidays:
Thanksgiving 11/27/25: All customer service and the US Warehouse staff will be off.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 12/14-12/25/25: All staff will be off.
New Years Eve and New Years Day 12/31/25-01/01/26: All warehouse staff will be off, we will have a skeleton crew on customer service.
Due to a high volume of inquiries between November 27 and January 1st, please expect a delayed response. We will get back to you within 5 business days.
