You can return an item if:

• It was purchased directly from our official website jonessnowboards.com
• It’s within 30 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged
• It’s in the original packaging with all tags still attached
• All sale items are final sale and can not be returned

Returns

30 Day Policy

Every full-price item we sell has a 30-day return policy from the purchase date.  There is a flat rate return fee of $6.95 that will be subtracted from your total refund.

If your new, unused, unwashed item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged, and do not use manufacturer boxes for shipping back bindings. They must be placed within a separate shipping box.

When ordering Jones Apparel, please use the sizing charts to determine the correct size. Keep in mind ordering multiple sizes and returning a large part of your order has a big environmental impact due to the excess shipping and packaging.

All discounted items sales are final and do not qualify for a return and refund.

Tips For Returning Your Item

Package the return shipment securely. Use the original shipping packaging when possible. Affix the return label to the outside of the package. Please remove, completely cross out or cover all old labels and barcodes.

Exchanges

Currently we are not able to facilitate Exchanges. You can however return the product and order a new one by yourself.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon arrival of return package, but we try to process refunds faster when possible. Refunds take 1-3 days to post to your account once a refund is issued.
