Shipping Deadlines- For orders placed by the following dates we will do our best to get them to you before Christmas, but they are not guaranteed to be there by the holiday. Order early!
- Ground: 12/12/25 before 11:00 am
- Express: 12/17/25 before 11:00 am
- 2-Day: 12/17/25 before 11:00 am
- Next Business Day Air: 12/18/25 before 11:00 am
Shipping and Processing times- Our warehouse usually processes orders in 1-2 business days, but processing times can longer from mid-November through January.
Shipping Process
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Nevada for US orders and our warehouse in British Colombia for Canadian orders. Please expect longer processing times from November 26 and January 1st.
Shipping days: Monday to Friday, Excluding Holidays. The warehouse will be closed Thanksgiving (US only) Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
We ship via:
- FedEx, USPS, and DHL for US Orders and Canada Post, Purlator, and Loomis for Canadian Orders
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method- usually 2–7 business days. Please expect delays from carriers from November 26 through January 1st.
