To return your order from the Jones website, follow these steps:

1. Go to our USA Return Form or Canadian Return Form 
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the item(s) you want to return
4. Choose the reason for the return
5. Accept and read the terms and submit the form

We’ll review your request and email you a return label or return instructions, depending on your location.

Returns of new, unused items are allowed for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time period, they are not eligible. 

For items purchased through our retail partners, products must be returned directly to them.
